SE80 -> Package -> Enterprise Services -> Service Definitions -> Webservice Name -> Edit Mode -> Activate

• Service consumer
• URL
• External WSDL/Schema
• Search by: Consumer Proxy
• Activate FM first at all Select as Remote Enabled Module
• Serialize ABAP data into JSON format
